As we get back to blogging and sharing our progress online, it feels more important than ever to acknowledge the insignificance of the issues we’re dealing with when compared to suffering and devastation that’s happening abroad.
Well it wasn’t easy, but we survived our first holiday season at Charlotte House with three kids here in a brand new (to us) home, and OMG are we exhausted.
We’ve got holidays out the wazoo going on over here, and if there was ever a house built for Christmas decorations, it’s this is old broad right here.
Ladies, Gentlemen, and those unaffiliated: After nearly 4 years of sheer home renovation insanity, we can officially say we now LIVE at Charlotte House.
Maybe we need to be institutionalized, but despite its ups and downs, we might just be in love.
